Lovely room available in a university-managed house in Hope Street. The room is available to any St Andrews university student, and the other residents are postgrads. It's a large, friendly house with around 17 residents and two large shared kitchens. There's also a common room and bathrooms shared betwen 3-4 people. The room is a spacious basement room with plenty of cupboard-space, polished wood floor and a comfy sofa. Rent is £460 a month including Resnet internet connection, and the room is available any time from now until 13 August 2011.
