One room left in South Street flat for summer!

Hello! We have a lovely flat on South Street that we are renting out for the summer (1st June-1st September). There are four double bedrooms, all light and spacious, with a brilliant kitchen and a nice sitting/dining room. We have rented out three of the rooms already to postgrads but there is one room left! The rent is £400 per month plus bills (but we estimate that bills, including heating, electricity, internet, will be around £30 per month each depending on usage). I´m a teacher in Spain and Antonio is a waiter.We are 25 years old and we are going to work in a hotel in St Andrews in a few days.
