Flat Wanted - September to June 2011-12

My name is Charlie, and I'm a male second year Biology student.

I was planning to move into a two-room flat with a friend in the upcoming year, but the flat was allocated to another person and I wasn't informed by the letting agency for a month. By then, the big housing rush was over, and the letting agency said there was nothing they could do for me.

I'm currently looking for an open room, or a single available flat. I'm hoping for rent between 350-450 pounds a month, but I'm flexible on pricing. I will be in St. Andrews throughout the summer, working on a biology internship through the school, and will be available to meet throughout the summer.

I have references available from my original renting attempt, so those would be readily available.
