I have lived here for almost 2 years. It is a super flat. Rent is reasonable (£362.50), bills for the summer will be around £40 a month, bringing it to £400 each or £800 for the flat as a whole. Both current occupants are moving out and the flat will be available from 1st Jun until the 1st Sept this year. It is fully furnished, and all completely redone just before I moved in two years ago. Front room is spacious with double sofa bed, retro-look sofa / dining set, and spot lighting. Kitchen has black slate floors and snazzy mod cons. The bathroom has newly installed shower, all white tiles, and a heated wall-mounted towel rack. The flat has a putting green as a garden, and a BBQ set. Both bedrooms have double beds, wardrobe's, shelved cupboards, and table and chair. One is probably more suitable for a boy, the other for a girl.
