We are looking to rent out our two bedroom flat for summer. It is situated in the centre of town, right above the Balaka indian restaurant (next to what used to be the raisin).
The rent is £365 per month per person, which is probably the cheapest you'll find it for this location. The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings. The bills are roughly £81 per month for the whole flat.

Preferably looking for a pair of postgraduates.
