Available - room in a two-bedroom flat - 2011/2012

Hi everybody,

I have more or less settled to take over a very nice flat in downtown St. Andrews (Argyle Street) for the next academic year. I am now looking for a postgraduate flatmate to share this comfortable place with. The apartment has a living/dining room, small kitchen and bathroom. Rent for you would be the same as for me: £450/month, which does not include gas/electricity/broadband yet.

I can provide some pictures in exchange for a short description of who you are, your professional/personal background and what you are doing in St. Andrews...I would appreciate particularly an international flat-sharing, so all French, Italians or other foreign students feel free to drop me a message at damian_vst@web.de! I myself come from Germany...
