Double room at the Gatehouse of Earlshall Castle in Leuchars available from September 2011. The Gatehouse has a kitchen, dining room, lounge, guest room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and celler for storage. Rent is £350 per month and includes heating and internet. The only additional payment would be for electricity. The Gatehouse is shared with two other housemates, both doing postgraduate degrees. Located on a secluded road in Leuchars, the Gatehouse is only a ten minute walk to bus stop or twenty minute walk to Leuchars train station.
