I have a room available in a flat on Market Street starting September 1st. It is a 2-bedroom apartment, and the other roommate will be staying. She is very outgoing and very relaxed. It is a quiet, relaxing flat at only £300 a month! I really can't express all the great qualities of this place!

Hi there,

I am about to vacate a one-bedroom that is located right in the heart of St Andrews--College Street.

I am a lecturer and rented the flat through the university. I am looking for a mature, responsible tenant to replace me.

The rent is 655 pounds per month, and the flat will be available on August 5th or 6th.
