long-term flat (WANTED)

I will be starting work on my PhD at the Physics department at the beginning of August and am looking for a flat asap. Ideally, the flat would be situated within cycling distance to St Andrews University. Furniture preferable but not essential.

I do neither drink nor smoke. If possible, I would rather not have to share any facilities.

I am the owner of an old, quiet and very gentle dog. He does not bark, is extremely obedient and already accompanied me in Europe (Italy/Germany/Ireland) for eight years.

Please let me know how I can contact you and when we could meet. I am going to come to St Andrews for flat hunting in person in week 26 and 27 (June 27 up to July 8).
