In case you're looking to move out of St Andrews, to Dundee, I'm going to be out of town for the fall and am subletting my place. The apartment is in the West End, near Perth Road and all of its shops and restaurants and buses; about a 20 minute walk to the city center where you can catch the 99 bus to St Andrews.

The first bedroom has en suite full bathroom, closet, "Juliet balcony"; the second bedroom has closet and "Juliet balcony" with second full bathroom in the hallway. There is a large living room with dining area and full balcony overlooking garden and the Firth of Tay to the South. Modern kitchen with all amenities and a third "Juliet balcony". Off-street parking is available. Council tax (D) and bills extra.
