I have a 2 person flat available for rent for the academic year 2011-2012 from the 1st September 2011.

Ideally suited for 2 friends to share the lease for the whole flat. One room is a double and the other one is a single. Length of lease is for a minimum of 9months but ideally looking for tenants to take the flat in following years (ideal for students coming back in future years).

The flat is fully furnished with a lovely kitchen overlooking a spacious private back garden, a shower room and a large living room.

Located approx 10mins walk from town centre with on street parking available outside. There is a bus stop located just outside front door across the street.
