A double bedroom is available in an upper floor flat on Lamond Drive (about 200m from Largo Road) in first semester only of session 2011-12. The property is very modern, comes furnished, with well equipped kitchen/dining area, living room, bathroom, and a small garden with garden shed.

You would be sharing with a third year maths student, and it is requested that you are a non-smoker and that a couple of references be provided when applying. Rent is £425pcm plus bills.
