Due to unfortunate circumstances the room is now available again.

Room available for summer and next academic year in a cottage in Balmullo, near Guardbridge, close to St Andrews. It's £280 per month, excluding bills. Available from end of July - this might be slightly negotiable. You'd be sharing with a 22 year old female nursing student, friendly and easy-going. Happy to share with anyone - might suit a PHD with a car, or a keen undergrad with a bike - but no smokers please! It's also on a good bus route to St Andrews and Dundee, 20 minutes from either. Great bungalow, all mod cons, newly refurbished, quiet and friendly village with mixed community (students, families, professionals, dog-walkers...). Good sized room, currently a single but would fit a double. Broadband etc all already set up. Good parking space, secure bike shed, garden.
