Postgrad Looking for a Room for 2011/12 year

I am a 28 year old male starting a PhD in Film Studies at St Andrews. I'd like to find a modest room in a house or flat reasonably close to the University.

My current lease in Edinburgh ends September 1st, so ideally I'd like to be able to move in by then. I'd like to find a place for under £400 a month.

I'm a clean, quiet and friendly person. I also can cook some descent vegetarian food if that counts for anything.
