I have a room available in a 2br flat about 5 mins from the center of St Andrews that I would like to rent to a postgraduate. The flat is in excellent shape and has a large living area with tv/dvd and a very nice, fully loaded kitchen with a washer and dryer. Rent will be 363 per month, plus half of the electric/phone/internet. You would be living with my current flatmate, a fellow postgrad, who is very clean, responsible, and quiet.

The room will be available from Jan 1 until May 31. If you wish to stay longer that will need to be discussed between you and my flatmate.
