The house is located in St. Andrews, right by Morrisons. It is no more than a 20 min walk to the University. The house is fully furnished. The room for rent has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in-closet. It is furnished with a double bed, table, and a chest of drawers. I am looking for a fellow postgrad around my age (24), must be non-smoking. Couples can rent the room for £600/mo and individuals for £425/mo. I am interested by the room. I am a 23 year old French girl. I will start my PhD in chemistry end of September at St Andrews university. I don't smoke. I have previous experience in flat sharing (a year in Edinburgh and six months in the US). I am a clean and relatively tidy person. I like watching films, series or sport. I have no allergy known to food or animals. I would like to know if the room is still available. Is it possible to view some picture of the house and the room? Is there any parking space available near by?
