The house is located in St. Andrews, right by Morrisons. It is no more than a 20 min walk to the University. The house is fully furnished. The room for rent has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in-closet. It is furnished with a double bed, table, and a chest of drawers. The house will be shared by myself, 24 year male postgrad studying MSc Finance. I am looking for a fellow postgrad, must be non-smoking. Couples can rent the room for £600/mo and individuals for £425/mo. Utilities, TV, and Internet are all setup and will cost approx. £50/mo.
