Double room available October - March

I have a double room available from 1st October to the 30th March.

It is situated in James Street, in a 2 bedroom flat, with large living room and reasonable sized kitchen. The kitchen has washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob/oven and microwave. Bathroom has shower and bath facilities.

Postgraduates only. No pets.
