WANTED: Room in St. Andrews

I'm a PhD chemist starting in September looking for a room to rent for the whole year in St. Andrews. I'm 22, male, and an easy-going, tidy, non-smoker who is used to sharing houses with others. I don't have much stuff, although I will probably be bringing my car.
