I'm a 25 year old postgraduate at the university, and I'm in the process of letting a three bedroom furnished house in St Andrews. The house does not have an HMO license, so I'm looking for one other person to share with me. There is an ensuite double bedroom available for £425/month excluding utilities. The house is a 30 minute walk from the town center; there are also bus stops nearby, and Morrisons is a short walk away.
