needing 3 flatmates to fill a 4 bedroom house

Hi, I'm 21 and am about to start a masteres in reformation studies. I have struggled to find accommadation but have now found a selection of available houses, in St andrews town (only a short walk from the uni). the price can vary from between £275 - £500 a month. which if were lucky could be one of the cheaper ones.
All people are welcome to reply, I'm not fussed about gender or level of study really. I am respecting of other people's space and possessions, tidy, self sufficiant, don't take myself to seriously, and able to get on with pretty much anyone.
