My name is Conor Mckeown. I have advertised on the Sinner already about this house and received a positive interest only for that to fall through so I am now rather desperate.

I have a flat available in Cupar (20 minute bus ride from St Andrews and buses go very regularly). The rent is £225 a month pp. The flat has one living room and two double bedrooms, fitted kitchen, gas hobs and a small garden. The flat is UNFURNISHED! Which is important but I think clever furniture buying from auction houses can fix that fairly quickly and then they can be returned at the end of the year.
