Flat: A beautiful house with three bedrooms (two double beds, one single bed), one bathroom with a shower, upstairs toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer, fully equipped kitchen (without dishwasher), dining area, and comfortable lounge/study area with a stunning view. All fully furnished, very charming, and kept to a very high standard.
Requests: Potential flat mate will be extremely tidy, willing to clean on a regular basis, and respect the quiet study and sleep area. He will also respect the following requests: no opposite-sex sleepovers (except married couples), smokers, pets, parties of more than five or six people, or long-term guests.
