I've Found a Lovely House, Now I Need a Lovely Housemate

Hey there guys!

I'm a Postgraduate in Management and I've found a lovely house in Strathkinness (2 bedrooms, one study) which I would like to share with one other person.

I went to visit it this morning and it's perfect- Two big bedrooms, one separate study room, a decent sized bathroom (with shower), a lovely big living room and a brand new kitchen!

Strathkinness is 5 minutes in the car from the centre of St Andrews, ten minutes on the bus (it's on a good bus route) or a twenty minute walk. It's a really pretty little village with a nice village pub!

I'm a third year PhD student in Management and have lived in St Andrews for 7 years, so I know the area well and I have a car- so lifts into town aren't a problem!

The rent for the whole property is £750 per month, so it's £375 each before bills (probably bills will be around £50 each per month).
