Hi,

I've got a double bedroom available in my house if you'd be interested? It'd be living with two 4th year girls, I do maths and my housemate does Economics.
The house is on Claybraes and is £435 pcm plus bills. Email me on gl84@st-andrews.ac.uk if you're interested :)

Thought you might be interested in the below:

Mine is a cozy room in a three bedroom house only five minutes' walk from the city centre. The house is fully furnished, tidy, and has a new bathroom which has been completely renovated this summer. My housemates are clean, courteous, and considerate; one is female postgrad finishing her PhD in French history, the other is a male fourth year psychology undergraduate. The walls are thick and I have never been disturbed by music or woken up at night. The monthly rent including internet (but not utilities) is 370 pounds--the last utilities bill came to only about 30 pounds per person. The address is 3 Sloan, a block off Bridge St, and the intervening houses perfectly muffle the noise from the road. The landlord Christine is very flexible and understanding, and attends immediately to any needs of the house. The neighbors are friendly, and there have never been reasons for complaint in either direction. Pretty much an ideal setup in my opinion--I am only enticed away by the prospect of living with a friend!

The lease runs until September (or June, negotiable), and begins 1 December (or before if necessary). Appointments are being arranged for the evening of Sunday 14 November, but times are available during the week if needed. I (David) can be contacted at db58@st-andrews.ac.uk or 07824 686855.
