Flatmate for next academic year

Hey! We are three girls who are currently in their first year and are looking for a fourth flatmate next year, preferably female. We found a very nice place on South Street just next to the arch and Westport. All rooms are en-suite, it has a TV with licence, a nice kitchen and living room.
