I'm looking for someone mature and quiet to share a well furnished and fully equipped garden flat. The place is relatively large, light, well kept, quiet with a private garden front and rear. It has two well furnished double bedrooms, a fairly spacious living room and a well equipped kitchen with everything, including a dishwasher.
The rent is 375 pounds a month plus council tax and shared utilities on top. Lease is for a year beginning mid July.
It's an abnormally pleasant and habitable flat for St Andrews, in a good location on Lamond Drive. Near supermarkets, town and East Sands beach.
I'm ideally looking for a post doc/ professional/ late PhD student to share a productive and tranquil home.

I'm a man in my 40s, an arts professional, civilized, sociable and domesticated, comfortable to share with a woman flat mate, and especially with foreign/continental Europeans.
