Hardworking Postgrad Divinity student with son (11) and huge library seeking long-term rental of an UNFURNISHED 3 or 2 bedroom property (up to £ 700 pcm) from March 2013 between West Sand and Lamond Drive in St. Andrews, until my own property is sold.

We are a quiet family and love books, music, the sea and walks. No pets so far, but I am an occasional smoker in my study at night.
