You would be sharing the house with one married couple from the USA. The cost is £350pm plus 1/3 of shared utilities and Internet. The house is spacious, fully furnished, nice garden. Lots of great walks nearby on the Eden estuary. Safety deposit is one month’s rent.

The house is located in Guardbridge on main bus route. The 99 bus runs every 10 minutes to St. Andrews and Dundee. 10 minute walk to Leuchars train station. The house is also located on the bike path. This is just 5 miles outside of St. Andrews, and the bicycle ride in is truly beautiful.
