Room available in a male flat in the Hub student accommodation in Dundee, conveniently located for easy access to transport, shops, and entertainment. The Hub is a complex of student accommodation in central Dundee, with buses leaving nearby every 10 minutes to St Andrews.
The room available is a Hub Deluxe Room, with a double bed, en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet, and wash basin), desk, shelves, and large wardrobe. In addition the communal areas in the flat are a kitchen and lounge, with a cooker, fridge, dishwasher, eating area, sofas and a large flat-screen TV (TV license included). On-site there are also washing and drying facilities for clothes.

The cost is £111 per week and the contract ends on the 28th of June 2013 (this can be extended if required by negotiating with the Hub). This includes all bills, the TV license and internet. There is also a deposit of £250, but we will pay this along with the cost of bus (Unirider) transport between St Andrews and Dundee (between move-in and June). I am leaving university and so this would be taking over my tenancy at the Hub. Being a student is required in order to take over the tenancy.
