Wanted: Post-doc/Staff member/non-student

Howdy,

Not sure how many of the demographic described by ''Post-doc/Staff member/non-student'' look on here, but I'm after a new housemate from July which would ideally not be a student. I'm currently a PhD student, soon to become postdoc. I've lived with another PhD student in my current place for three years and would like to stay. Therefore I prefer a non-student as it makes more sense from a council tax perspective.

The house is on Freddie Tait Street in St Andrews (in the area you get to by turning off the main road at Aldi). The house is a big size for two people, well insulated, has hall, lounge, kitchen, two double bedrooms and upstairs bathroom, sheds for bikes etc. The landlords are a retired couple who are nice&friendly and visit a few times a year. The rent is £375/month (plus bills) which is pretty good for St Andrews. The room would be available from July the first, but I really need to sort something out this month.
