Very nice four bedroom house - spacious and has everything. Really worth seeing.

Currently occupied by two tenants but has just received it's HMO licence so there are two further rooms available. The current tenants are postgrads and so the house would suit two more.

We aim to start the lease asap, subject to arrangement/negotiation, and ideally to run it through to the end of August.

The rent for the whole house for the group of four tenants will be £1500 per month.
