IPA - where are you?

Does anyone know what has happened to the International Politics Association (IPA) this year? It is an expensive society to join and usually has good speakers but this year there has been nothing.

Currently residing in such fine establishments as The Central, 1 Golf Place and Drouthies, amongst others.
