you beat me to asking the same question... not that I mind an absolutely awesome display right outside my window. That was Dunhill-esque... must have been a couple of thousand pounds blown into the air.

Dunno, but they were fairly noisy. Took me a minute to realise that someone nearby hadn't started taking things a bit too seriously for Assassins. I had visions of armies of accomplacies and tanks and things only to look out and see pretty fireworks.

Wow they must have had a few quid to put those on. Could hear them all the way on Nelson Street and see the flashes

Fife Park Party? Just a wild guess. Did look very pretty, though.

I noticed a few people talking about fireworks, but I didn't hear or notice anything over in Albany Park. :(

Had a great view from Howard Place - our bay windows face that way :) very pretty but also very distracting from essay-writing.

£2500? Are you fucking kidding? That's obscene! That's 1/14800th of a monarchy!

It certainly did look like 2500 pounds... a very very nice firework. Debatatable whether all that money could maybe not have been better spent, though...

Well I was at the Uni Hall one (since I live there), so there must have been two if the wedding had one as well.
