St Andrews Castle

Does anyone know what has happened at the Castle? I walked past there this morning and there is a notice outside the entrance saying that the Castle is closed due to vandalism.

Someone has vandalised the castle.

Rumour has it that a lorry load of red brick was intercepted on Queens Terrace, heading for the Castle.

I heard they had been planning on showing televisual highlights of a Scottish football team playing a match against some Russian types. Sadly however, the big screen on which they had planned to show the sport encountered some sort of a technical difficulty.
It seems the local fans were not overly pleased and went chicken oriental.
