Yeah i love south park and i like most episodes but in addition to what you all have listed i really like:
scott tennorman
casa bonita
fun times with weapons
all about mormons - though i may only like this one a lot because i lived in the 2nd most mormon populated city in the US for 7 years : ) its just that this episode is so so true! and therefore freakin hilarious.

The bit about being loyal to a show that's been good for the network rather than replacing it with a new show of possibly fleeting popularity seemed to be alluding to a real life situation - can anyone fill me in.

I would have guessed it would be referring to South Park and Comedy Central but I haven't heard anything about any current problems there.

Thanks to Wikipedia I now know that I was disturbed by the ending scene of Kanye "french kissing a Garibaldi and humping an Atlantic Goliath grouper".

why not mention something more constructive like they poke fun at "established" figures and organisations, eg religion, celebrities and public figures.

they should have mentioned that it is popular with celebrities eg george clooney doing the gay dog voice way back in the day.
