Angus House - street, postcode, phone number?

I'll be moving in to Angus House next week and I want to send me some books and so on by UPS because I cannot bring all I want from abroad. Somehow the accommodation service didn't give me the full address though so maybe some of you can tell me:

is Angus House in St Mary's Street or St Mary's Place (they say street but everywhere else I've read place ). Then they haven't given me the postcode. I've looked at buildings that are in the vicinity and suppose the postcode will be KY16 9UZ, is that corretc as well?

And how can I find out what my phone number will be? Will they give it to me the day I arrive? And do phone cards work in the residence phones?

I suppose I could call the acc. service themselves but last time I called they weren't too sociable and hung up on me pretty quickly .

well, I've just had a look into the contract and it says the full postal address would be the room number and then David Russell Hall, Buchanan Gardens, etc., so it seems they gave me the address I can find the residence at, but the postal address is David Russel Hall, do I have to pick up my mail there? It's so confusing! Please help, I have to send some of my stuff over from overseas because I can't possibly carry that much.
