I second that. Being able to create that bond is important. The person you love is suppose to be, not just your lover, but also your best friend. Yep, like unregistered user and fw. They seem to have connected with one another. [img]littleicons/yellowhappyface.gif[/img]

I feel I am one of the sad individuals who would agree with Mr W Irvine. I could cope with a relationship with just about anyone, though never be in love with them. I would be happy lieing to them and making them feel loved and happy. Though what i dream of is someone I wouldn't lie to.

Since this thread is some what going in all directions here, I want people's opinion on this issue:

Do you think it's wrong to try to even the score with your significant other on a mistake they've made while at the same time telling them you want to make your relationship work and you're willing to give them a chance? (By "even the score" I meant punishing them by being cruel and inconsiderate of their feelings)
