Freeview in DRA

This is a DRA specific question ,but I thought I'd post it here because the DRA board is pretty dead at the moment.

Has anyone who lives in DRA been able to get Freeview to work, even using the external antenna socket? When I try it the reception is pretty poor, and the picture breaks up almost constantly. I am in Lang, by the way.

Is there any way I can improve/get roung this problem? Any help would be much appreciated.

umm it should work just using the aerial socket in the wall, the girls next door have freeview and it's fine. We're in Lang too.

Sorry I was no help whatsoever, a dodgy cable or socket maybe?

You might want to try an aerial booster. Probably only around a tenner.

Did you guys manage to get freeview yet?
we're in Lang aswell and we cant get a signal either. Does anyone know where to get the aerial booster from?

I've got a spare one going for a tenner, but they're also available from the electrical shops in town.

I get a perfect signal in Shairp using a Sony box plugged into the DRA aerial. All channels are fine except E4+1 and a few radio stations which are a bit temperamental.
