Q 1) what prompted the post?

A 1) boredom...but also probably a genuine fasciantion at what goes through the head of a fat person.

Q 2) Does big-x look n the mirror in the morning...thinking i am so perfect.

A 2) has big-X ever been out of bed in the morning? ...does he think he looks perfect?: probably, alhthough he doesnt state that he is the best looking guy in the world, merely that he is not fat.

Q 3) how does he sleep at night?

A 3) of late Big-x has been too fuckin innebriated/'doffed out' to worry about stuff as he goes to sleep.

big-X is stacked so he needn't worry about being fat, he has gone on countless bulking regimes, and now that all the effort is finally paying off he is well within his rights to ponder the psyche of the fatty

i'm just curious i suppose. my dad has a massive weight problem which is probably going to kill him. he says he doesnt care because he's happy, but he's not going to be happy when he drops dead from eating a mountain of foie grois and neither are the family. why do fat people keep convincing themselves that everything is fine, or that they've all got some kind of genetic makeup which makes it impossible to shift any weight?

I never think i look good despite occasional weight fluctuations. It's not a good way to start a day seeing this body in the mirror! I'm certainly not obese but slightly overweight. On the fashion magazine scale i'm huge.

People are obviously fat for different reason; i am an emotional eater. But it is an addiction like any other and to become fat, you've also created a long term habbit on the road to tubbyness. Try quit smoking or something you do regularly that gives you pleasure.

Quite many fat people are very well educated on nutrition and know what would be the correct way or doing things. They try a diet, feel cranky and think constantly about food (as you must whilst creating a new way eating), lapse seeking solace in comfort food, feel shitty about themselves, and finally give up figuring they can't do it.

The formula for success is certainly simple but its muddled with lots of crap about self worth and stuff, so getting healthy for these peeps isn't as easy as it may seem to a slim and fit stranger.

It really does depend on what you define as too fat.

There really is a difference between the health risk inducing fat and not being thin/toned.

I would consider myself to be fat using the later description, but since it is a stupid way to look at people and define them I care nothing for it. I decided one day, about three years ago, that I was going to always look at myself in the mirror and be happy - even its just because no other bugger would

I think we are all different shapes and sizes. I do more exercise and eat less food than many of my friends. How many 16 stone guys do you see running to their morning lectures when they are late? - And yet, I still look the way I do.

What does actually sicken me though is overly obese people who just gorge themselves on food - you know the sort who don't even care that their fingers are covered in crisp crumbs stuffing yet more crisps into their expressionless wobbly faces as if it's their last ever meal and they haven't eatten in a week.

There does become a point where the criticism of "fat" people switches from society-wide bullying to the actual fault of those concerned. Some people really need to get some self respect.

It's true though. Fat cells do produce oestrogen, which is why very fat guys tend to have man boops... but I have never heard of their penis shrinking. And yes, very thin girls lack oestrogen, which is part of the reason why anorexics do not get their period. In fact I have always wondered how people as skinny as Victoria Beckham for instance can naturally conceive children. I would consider it a miracle if she was ovulating...
