I just don't like people knowing who's walls I have written on, etc.

You CAN delete a feed when you do someting. But honestly, couldn't someone see you'd written on their wall just by navigating to their page before? What's the difference, really? It just makes it easier to do that.

That's about 3 hours less a day procrastinating. It's taken the fun completely out of it.

I'm not sure I really understand everyone's objection? Facebook suddenly seems like a really buzzing community, whereas before it just seemed like a collection of pages. I can see what people are doing and what's happening in my groups at a glance, whereas previously i would have had to go to several pages to check the same things. If there's anything you particularly don't want everyone to know you've done, you can delete it, but I thought the whole point about walls was that they were public? Private messages are for anything else.
I think it's drastically improved Facebook, which when I joined was just a collection of profiles with the option to "Friend" and "Poke" and was completely completely pointless.

I see there's now a Facebook group (what else?) protesting against the changes. Perhaps worth joining.

Guys, don't just join groups.
Click on the help link on the top-right of the facebook page. From there, head to 'suggestions', and send them a note telling them how much you dislike this news feed business.

How completely and utterly sad.
