Double Room Available January to June 2010

Next semester my lovely room in a two-bedroom flat will become available from the beginning of exams through to June 30th. The flat is a fifteen minute walk to the library, and is about three blocks closer to town (north) of Lamond Drive. The room has a massive desk, a big closet, double bed, and a big window. The flat is always warm, and it has a big, modern kitchen with a dishwasher (!!!), nice living room, back yard and a shared bathroom. My flatmate is a very sociable arts fourth year.
