We have a very nice 2 bedroom house available for the next academic year. In addition to the two spacious bedrooms there is a lounge/dining room, large kitchen,bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The sunny garden is regularly maintained by a contractor.It is situated off Tom Morris Drive.Recently decorated and in good order.
Rent is £360 per person per month. Lease is normally 1st Sept-30 June but can be negotiable if longer is required.

Instead of expecting the landlord to contact YOU why not use the phone number provided and contact THEM? Just a thought!

Thank you for your replies, especially the sage who suggested the number was available to ring for info. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to have constant internet access-sorry to those who did not receive replies.ortunately someone viewed the house yesterday and has let us know today that they want it.
