Houses in Albany Park

Hello all,
I have just been offered a place in house 55 at Albany Park. Can anyone tell me a bit more about it? I am an incoming postgrad from the United States, so I have no idea about the housing at St. Andrews. Is is a nice place to live, or should I continue pursuing off-campus options?
Any help or information would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the suggestion, but I have already looked at the website. There are only a couple of pictures (and only one of inside the house), so I was hoping for a bit more info!

It is a it a block of flats built approx 20 years ago, they are clean with the basics, bed, wardrobe, desk with good fast broadband. you can make it what you want pictures etc, if its about £2500 grab it while you can before it goes, accommodation in st andrews can be expensive

very basic, very ugly buildings, quite small - other than that perfectably acceptable for students, very cheap, reasonably well located (right next to the beach) - it'll do the job unless you want luxury (which you'll have to pay through the nose for)
