Looking for Room/Flat/Flatmates

I'm a friendly but hard-working soon-to-be 4th Year maths student looking for somewhere to stay for the next academic year due to plans falling through/ how insanely expensive halls have gotten. I'm open to either one bedroom places or sharing with others (I'm a girl, but will share with anyone who doesn't like to randomly have wild raves at 5am)- I'm not bothered about living in town particularly and would like something under £400 per month ideally.

Hi there,

We are a 3 bed flat looking for one more flat-mate for 2011/12 year. My flatmate Chris and I are currently in 2nd year.
It is a lovely Victorian flat on Lade Braes (accessible via South St).
10 month lease (Sep-June) at £476 pcm, or £110 per week. (sorry a bit more than you'd hoped!)
The flat is recently refurbished and redecorated, and the room has a double bed, desk, plenty storage space etc.
