I'm looking to rent a 2 bedroom flat in town centre. At the moment, I have a couple nice ones I will be viewing the first week of February (last week of break). I'm a 4th year female biochem student, and am looking for a 3rd or 4th year undergrad, or post-grad. Female or Male.

Hi there,

We are a 3 bed flat looking for one more flat-mate for 2011/12 year. My flatmate Chris and I are currently in 2nd year. I know you mentioned a 2 bed place, but thought I'd give you a quick email!
It is a lovely Victorian flat on Lade Braes (accessible via South St).
10 month lease (Sep-June) at £476 pcm, or £110 per week.
The flat is recently refurbished and redecorated, and the room has a double bed, desk, plenty storage space etc.
