Double room AVAILABLE near Morrisons for April and May

Hi, I'm moving out of a double room on Winram Place; it's available for April and May. There might be slight chance to extend the contract, but I can't promise anything (doesn't depend on me).
It's a lovely house, just a step away from Morrison's. The rent is £325 per month excl. bills. We are looking for a professional female to share with 1 other girl. Unfortunately, students are not allowed.
