I will be a second year Philosophy major next year. My friend and I are looking for a flat (either a 2 person flat or sharing with others), but we might also live separately.

So, if you need one or two flatmates, please email eibw.

We are both female, friendly, tidy and quite studious and we aren't noisy. The only thing that is really important is that the flat is not damp and that it preferably has double-glazed windows.

I have 2 rooms available for 2 people in a 3 bedroomed flat for rent from the 1st June 2011.

One room is a double and one is a single room.

There is also a lovely kitchen overlooking a spacious private back garden and a spacious shower room.

Located approx 10mins walk from town centre with on street parking available outside. Bus stop located just outside front door across the street.

Flat length is negiotable but preferably for a longer lease of a couple of years. Ideal for students for a few years.

The third person is a female who is graduating this year (june 2011) and doesnt know what she is doing yet but may be in st andrews for a few more months, but if she moves out you will have a spare living area.

Flat is ideal either for 2friends or 2individuals who dont have accomodation yet.

Hi, I'm a third year english student and am very keen in one of your rooms. You mention that it would be ideal for two friends to share the 2 rooms. Are you prepared to let 2 people who perhaps dont know each other to take the two rooms or do you want them to go to 2 freinds?

I'm a non smoker and will be deep in my dissertation next year.
