2 BEDROOMS REQUIRED FOR 2011-2012

Dear Sinners,
I am looking for 2 or 3 bedroom flat for me and my friend from Sept 2011. We both are females and are doing PhD in Social Sciences. Please contact us if you have three bedroom flat and want us to be your flat mates OR a two-bedroom flat which you want to let it out as a whole. We would prefer to be near to Town so that we can work late nights on our projects.
We would appreciate if any body suggests us your current flat in case you are moving out by Sept'2011 (probably after finishing your studies). Our budget is 300-350 pounds per person per month.
