I am taking a semester abroad next year and am looking for someone to rent my room in a lovely modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, top floor flat on City Road. Central location and all amenities, including a double bed in each room, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, tv, internet, double glazing, and a parking space as well. My flatmates will be a third year boy and third year girl both of whom are friendly and welcoming. Rent is 500 pounds a month and worth every penny.
